7.13.1 Release

New Functionality

Change Order

Original Contract and Previous Changes now have “Update to Current Value” buttons next available.  Selecting the button(s) will overwrite the amounts entered or displaying with the current values calculated automatically by Onware.

Fixes

Request for Information

Identified Issue: RFI Standard report may display inaccurate response time calculations due to some RFI’s not having dates entered. Identified Issue: When a General Contractor accesses a “Returned to Initiator” RFI, the General Contractor should have two options: (1) Close the RFI; (2) Ask a New Question.  It was identified that the General Contractor also had the ability to issue a response, which did not follow the Onware RFI Workflow accurately.

Progress Claims

Identified Issue: Date of Issue displaying on the Standard form was retrieved from the Period End date entered.  Date of Issue should be retrieved from the Date of Certificate entered.

Submittals

Identified Issue: Submittal Standard report can generate an error when Submittals do not have a priority entered. Identified Issue: During the 7.11 upgrade, Onware converted any initiated Submittals which did not have a Division set to an “unknown” number, to ensure they were not lost during the upgrade.  After the upgrade, the “unknown” Submittals were unable to be deleted.

7.13 release

New Functionality

Standard Form

Change, Change Directive, Progress Claim, RFI and Quotation standard forms have been re-written into our standardized platform, incorporating all fields which can be entered in the document edit to display on the printed form. We have also updated the Transmittal form to include the phone number for the “To” and “CC” people.

Submittals

If a Transmittal is cancelled, it will now display in strikethrough (ABCD) so it can be identified as no longer applicable.

E-mail

We have added the ability to cancel an e-mail, within the E-mail Log, from sending.

Change Directive

We are now displaying the Contract number in the Standard Report, making it easier to differentiate between Contracts.

Fixes

Request for Information

Identified Issue: Standard report does not generate results when the status is set to [All] or [Not Closed]

Progress Claim

Identified Issue: When “Working on behalf of” was used to generate and issue a Progress Claim, this was not identified in the CSV or the printed form template (view/pdf)

Change Order

Identified Issue: If there are no changes associated with the Change Order, the Revised Contract amount, automatically populated by Onware, does not display

PDFs

Identified Issue: Selecting PDF from the Browse/Search pages would not open the PDF for 30 seconds upward

Project (Contracts)

Ability to upload attachments from within the Project Contract area.

Identified Issue: Attempting to retrieve the RFI CSV generates error Resolution: Fixed error to load CSV Identified Issue: One discipline initiating a response can be amended and issued by another user with the same discipline Resolution: Fixed so a different user can see the initiated response, but cannot edit.

Change Order

Identified Issue: Adjusting previous and revised contract amounts are not saved Resolution: Adjusting previous contract amounts are now saved once the Change Order is saved, issued or a print preview is selected.  Revised Contract amount will now automatically calculate.
