Request for Information

Identified Issue: When an RFI is returned to the initiator, clearing of the “Waiting For” column on the RFI search page generating errors for the user that returned the RFI, causing them to close their Browser and re-login to Onware.

Enhancements

Change Order

The Previous Changes calculation within a Change Order will now include Change Orders in the Submitted Status. This Calculation is the sum of all Change Orders of the same Contract in the statuses: Submitted, Issued, Acknowledged and Signed. Change Orders in the status Initiated, Rejected or Cancelled are not included in this calculation. Request for Information

1. Send RFI’s, via Cover Letter, to anyone, directly from the RFI Search page!

In an effort to streamline and improve efficiency of sending documents using the Cover Letter feature, the “Select an Action” drop down menu on the RFI Search page now includes an additional option for “Send via Cover Letter”. To send an RFI via Cover Letter, follow the steps below:
  1. From the RFI Search page, select the RFI(s) to be sent using the checkboxes.
  2. From the “Select an Action” drop down menu, select ‘Send via Cover Letter’.
  3. Select the Go button, to the right of the action drop down.
  4. A new Cover Letter will display, with the RFI’s, and their corresponding attachments, selected in step 1 attached.
  5. Complete the remainder of the Cover Letter, as required.
  6. Select Issue & Send E-mail

2. Did you select “New Question” by mistake on a returned RFI?  You can now correct it!

A General Contractor can now delete an initiated question on a returned RFI, allowing the General Contractor to subsequently Close the RFI or ask a new question.

3. Forwarding Closed RFI’s to Sub-Contractors

To improve the RFI forward functionality, we have added the ability to Forward Closed Requests for Information. Selecting the Edit link, from the RFI Search page, will allow the General Contractor to identify the recipients and complete the RFI Forward. rfi

4. RFI Search page

When an RFI is Returned to the Initiator, the ‘Waiting For’ column on the RFI Search Page will no longer display which Discipline responses are outstanding. rfi2

Documentation

File List

The File List will now default to List View rather than Thumbnail view.

Fixes

Time Sheets

Identified Issue: The Total Hours row did not calculate the daily columns total on the printed version of a Time Sheet.

Change Directive

Identified Issue: Error generated when attempting to Re-open the last Quotation on a Change Directive.

Change Order

Identified Issue: When Change Orders are Issued out of chronological order, the Previous Changes ‘Update to Current Value’ button may not have calculated all issued Change Orders accurately.

Quotation

Identified Issue: Error generated when Prime Consultants attempted to create a New Recommendation from within a Quotation.

Subcontractor Change Order

Identified Issue: When the [All] checkbox is selected from the Search results column head, the Subcontractor Change Orders were not automatically selected.

CRX

Identified Issue: The Edit link was displayed on Subcontractor Quotations that were not editable.

Supplemental Instruction

Identified Issue: When search criteria is isolated to a specific discipline, the Standard and General contractor SI reports excluded SI’s with multiple disciplines selected, which included the search criteria discipline selected.
