9.2.0 Release


Change Order

Identified Issue: The Document to Issue drop down field does not default to —Select an Option—.

Clarification Request

Identified Issue: Selecting the View/Print button when responding to a Clarification Request generates an error.

Consultant Recommendation

Identified Issue: A Consultant Recommendation that includes a Change Estimate cannot be Issued after it is reopened for editing.


Identified Issue:  Failed E-mail alerts are not generated for the Contract Administrator/Project Manager. Identified Issue: Users must select a project after authenticating, when downloading links from an e-mail subscription.


Identified Issue: Selecting “Save as New Task” when editing a task duplicates the original tasks number. Identified Issue: Tasks created using the “Save as New Task” button are deleted when the Meeting is saved.

Progress Claim E-mail Subscription

Identified Issue: The Progress Claim E-mail Subscription does not include Recommendations.


Identified Issue: The Stamp selector drop down field does not default to —Select an Option—. Identified Issue: Each time a stamp is added to a document, the word “File” is added to the document title.


Identified Issue: If a Submittal is revised, the Original Submittals PDF may be included in the Submittal E-mail Subscription.

Submittal Standard Form

Identified Issue: Standard form does not include Address and Phone Number for To: and CC: sections.

Project Participant List

Project Participant information is now available to all roles in Onware! Simply select the green project link in the status bar to access the participant list.



Identified Issue: Unable to send a Submittal History to an Owner’s Project Manager role. Identified Issue: If the same user is added to both the To: and CC: fields on a Submittal History, the Submittal e-mail fails to send.

Request for Information:

Identified Issue: Contract Administrators receive the Request for Information – Returned Alert. Identified Issue: Waiting Response alerts are not cleared when the required discipline(s) respond to the Request for Information.


Identified Issue: Failed e-mails do not display reason for failure. Identified Issue: The e-mail search page displays one email entry multiple times.


Identified Issue: Editing a Task generates an error. Identified Issue: Selecting the ‘Mark Closed (prior to this Meeting)’ action generates an error. Identified Issue: Selecting the ‘Delete (from all Meetings)’ action generates an error. Identified Issue: Selecting the ‘Copy’ action generates an error. Identified Issue: Selecting the ‘Close Item’ action closes the item prior to the current Meeting. Identified Issue: An assignee can close an assigned Task. Identified Issue: Users can create a type of Meeting that is access restricted.

E-mail Subscription

Identified Issue: E-mail subscription page generates an error if project has Request for Alternatives e-mail subscription added.

Change Order

Identified Issue: Using Sign-Off functionality on a project with Change Order Approval configured generates an error.

Change Order Standard Report

Identified Issue: The Contract Summary section does not display zero dollar values.


Identified Issue: Error generated when uploading a ZIP file.


Identified Issue: Daily Digest e-mails are generated for Inactive projects. Identified Issue: Inactive users can be added to a project.

Progress Claim

Identified Issue: Tax amount auto calculated when Total Completed to Date value entered is incorrect.

Uploading Attachments

Identified Issue: Unable to upload attachments when using Internet Explorer.

User Directory

Identified Issue: When editing a user account, selecting Copy User generates an error.

Site Visit

Identified Issue: When editing an Issued Site Visit, selecting the Close and Create SI action button generates an error.

Project User

Identified Issue: On the manage project users page when editing a Project User, the fields are displayed incorrectly.

Project Administrators, do you need to add a new user to multiple projects?

The User-Project Activity tool is now available on the Project Directory search page.

This tool makes it fast and easy to add a user to multiple projects at the same time! You can also quickly determine which projects a user is currently added to, and remove a user from multiple projects all from the same page.

Need to quickly locate contact information for a project participant?

By selecting the green project link in the status bar, you will be brought to the Project Details page where all project participants and their contact details are listed. Currently only Project Administrators can access the Project Details page.

Project Administrators, when creating a new user or adjusting a current user’s access, you can now determine what access each role has by selecting the i next to each role.


Company Directory

Identified Issue: Unable to delete a logo from a Company account.


Identified Issue: When editing a Task in a Meeting, the fields are displayed incorrectly. Identified Issue: If the same user is added to a Meeting Participant list twice, the Meeting page freezes on a grey loading screen.


Identified Issue: An error was is generated when saving user preferences.


Identified Issue: Sorting Submittals by number does not order the Submittals in the correct order.

Enter a Request for Information on behalf of a Contractor

New Functionality

Need to enter an RFI on behalf of a Contractor?

Contract Administrators now have a New button on the Request for Information search page.

If a Contract Administrator selects the New button, they will be directed to a Submit page where the Request for Information question and details can be entered as well as the Submitted By person, and Submitted On date.

Once all information is entered, selecting the Issue action button will trigger alerts to the requested disciplines, the status of the Request for Information will update to Waiting Response and the submit page will redirect to the Request for Information edit page.
