9.12.0 Resolved Issues

General

  • Remaining on the view of a document or report for a period greater than 30 minutes caused the viewing of documents and reports to no longer display its contents
  • The Time sheet menu displayed for users not using Time sheets
  • If multiple documents have been selected from a document’s Search table results, the documents selected were not cleared once the action was performed

Meeting

  • PDF link on the Meeting confirmation page errors when selected

Project

  • When editing the project access for a participant, the effective discipline did not update to display the project-specific discipline selected
  • Users removed from a project were still receiving Alert Digest E-mails for the project they were no longer a participant of
  • Administrators were unable to select the “Configure Printed forms” tile when the project was inactive

Change

  • The Action Item for “All Consultant Recommendations received” was generated when Consultants initiated a Consultant Recommendation

Change Directive

  • If a project only had one contract set on it, the contract was not automatically selected when a Change Directive was initiated

Change Order

  • If a project only had one contract set on it, when a Change Directive was used to create a Change Order, the Change Order numbering skips numbers
  • When a Change Order was in the cancelled state, the software allowed it to be cancelled again

Company Directory

  • When a new Company is created, and a new user is created from within the Company, the company name and address does not auto-populate in the Users account automatically

Recommendation

  • When a user is associated with multiple disciplines, but only one of their disciplines was requested to provide a Recommendation, the software did not verify they are responding to the required discipline

Consultant Recommendation

  • When a user is associated with multiple disciplines, but only one of their disciplines was requested to provide a Recommendation, the software did not verify they are responding to the required discipline

Meetings

  • The PDF link which displayed on the Meeting confirmation page errors

Progress Claim

  • Selecting save did not save the Submitted by or Submitted on fields
  • When a dollar value is converted into words, the cents read as individual numbers rather than the English convention (for example, 51 cents read as five one cents)

Submittal

  • Unable to drag stamp when using Onware with an iPad

Supplemental Instruction

  • When the Supplemental Instruction has multiple “Document to issue” options, the SI was defaulting to the first option instead of “Select a Document”
